    OHP (H) 45kg x 5 x3
    Straight leg dl (L) 105 kg x 5x3
    Happy with session. Squats were a bit tougher than I expected for the weight on the bar

    Dl H 122.5 kg x 5 x 3

    Good session, DL came up relatively easy. In contrast squats were all a grind.

    HML Week 4 Day 1
    Squats (H) 117.5 kg x 5 reps X1 set plus 107.5kg x 5 x 4
    OHP (M) 45kg x5 x 4. Really struggled today, consistent theme with this Press. Combination of doubles, trebles and a few quadruple got me to the reps but what a grind.
    DL (L) 110 kg x 5 x 4
    Overall still pleased

    Straight led Dl M 110kg x 5 x 4
    Pleased with the OHP

    Squats M 107.5kg x 5 reps x 3 sets. Had planned 5x5 but following heavy deadlifts 3 sets was all I could grind out.
    OHP L 47.5 kg x5 x 2
    DL H 125kgx 5x2. Moved to a hook grip and was delighted to pull all reps with it.

    Dl lifts were tough

    Started training about a month ago. Did a form evaluation with Andy Baker here in Texas this past weekend to get things right. I’m 54 years old about 200 5’8”. Working sets DL 245, Bench 120, Squat 160, Press 80. Looking forward to getting stronger with the program.

    Jay I hope your stats are in pounds and not kilos . If they are kilos I have been kidding myself. Either way not too shabby after a month.
    I'm in to my second 12 months and despite some set backs and slow progress feeling stronger. Also love the youngsters on foam rollers and mini kettle bells at the gym I use. The naivety of youth. Keep on pulling!

    Should have been Thursday but life got in the way. So it's Saturday
    Squats L 110kg x 5 reps x 3 sets
    Felt a bit of a grind but then most things did today
    OHP H 48.5 kg x 5 X 1 plus 45kg x 5 x 3
    Dl M 112 .5kg x 5 x 4
    Glad to get finished!
