Ok missed a week training. Decided to repeat my last full week
Squat H 120kg x 5 reps, plus 105kg x 5 x 4. The fourth rep on the heaviest set was probably the worst single rep I have ever done. Got really stuck at the bottom and don't know how I got out.
OHP M 45kg x 5x 4
DL L Tri bar
112.5kg x 5x4
I hate missing sessions because 1. I feel guilty and 2. How shit I feel after the first day back.

Thursday repeating week 5 day 2
Due to no rack being available when I arrived started with DL. Couldn't get an effective hook grip for worksets. Could be blowing it out of proportion but arms and shoulders hurt using the alternate grip.
Dl M 112.5 kg x 5 reps x 4 sets
OHP H 47.5 kg x 5 x 4
Form not great but got them done!
Squats L 110kgx 5 x3 form has been crap this week. Read and Review I think.

No platform available.
Barbell Row series from 40kg to 70kg.

Thursday week 6 day 2
Worksets
Squats M 112.5kg x 5 reps x 3 sets. Not entirely happy with form but trying to focus.
OHP H 48.5kg x 5 x3
DL M Trap Bar 112.5 kg x 5 x4
Early reps lower back felt really stiff but ploughed on and no problem through later sets.

Never take anything for granted, lesson learnt. Today wasn't great.
Squat L 115kg x 5 x3
OHP L 47.5 kg couldn't get the last rep on each of the sets, breathing. So 47.5 kg x 4 reps x 3 plus 1x3
Squats H never got anywhere near the work set of 130kg. Finished warm ups up to 115kg and had to
Leave the platform. Being delicate if I hadn't the gym may have had to get the mop and bucket out!.
Anyway start again.

Thursday
Decided to repeat the unfinished Tuesday session in reverse order.
DL Worksets 130lg x 5 reps x 1 set plus 3 reps x 1 set . Couldn't get 4 rep of the floor despite pulling for 5 seconds on each of the attempts. Backed down to 120 kg x 5 x 1
OHP worksets 47.5kg x 5 x 3 they all went up ok no issues with breathing. Sometimes it just doesn't make sense!
Squats worksets 112.5 kg x 5 x3 tiring a little but got them all done with fairly good form.

Monday Week 7 day 1
Squat H 125kg x 5 reps x 1 set plus 112.5 kg x 5 x 4 sets. Top set felt extraordinarily heavy got the reps done but wouldn't swear to the form.
OHP M 45KG x 5 reps x 1 set plus 47.5kg x 5 x3 sets
Dl L trap bar 115kg x 5x 4
Delighted to get the first of the week out of the way.
