    Sunday Week 7 day 3
    Squats L 110kg x 5 reps x 2 sets, not a big lot left after heavy DL. Struggled through the worksets
    OHP L 47.5 kg x 5 x3, pride comes before a fall but pleased with OHP at the moment.
    DL H 130kg x 5 x 1 plus 120kg x 5 x 3.
    Hook grip on most but a few slipped, keep beating the thumbs up!!!

    Week 8 day 1
    Squat H repeated last weeks heavy session wasn't happy with form.
    130kg x 5 reps x 1 set plus 112.5kg x 5 x 3 sets, again a real grind
    OHP M 47.5kg x 5 reps x 4 sets, ok but struggled on the last rep of every set.
    DL L Trap bar 115kg x 5 x2

    Late post Week 8 day 2 Friday
    Squats M worksets 115kg x 5 reps x 3 sets. Felt every rep but grind in action and got there
    OHP H worksets were supposed to be 52kg x 5 x 1 plus 47kg x 5 x 3. Had been pleased with OHP in last number of weeks, pride becomes a fall!. Despite several attempts nothing was moving. Finished with 45kg x 5 x 3
    DL M Worksets were to be 115kg x 5 x3. Worked the warm ups to 100kg and had nothing.
    A bit out of the blue, had a long trip/day on Wednesday not sure if that contributed.
    Looked back at starting weight of 210 pounds, now at 224!. Heaviest I have ever been and need to keeps close eye and take a few pounds off.

    Repeated week 8 day 2. Two days rest and everything got pushed and pulled as required. No idea why
    Did OHP first worksets 50kg x 5 reps x 1 set plus 45kg x 5 reps x3 sets
    Squats M worksets 115kg x 5 reps x 3 sets
    DL M worksets 115kg x 5 reps x 3 sets.

    DL H worksets 132.5kg x 5 x 1 plus 120kg x 5 x 3 sets
    OHP L worksets 47.5kg x 5 x 2 sets
    Squats L worksets 110kg x 5 x 2
    Think I have got my L sets all mixed up but on we go

    OHP M worksets 47.5kg x 5 x 3
    DL L Straight leg, worksets 115kg x 5 x2
    Felt good today

    Week 9 day 2
    OHP H worksets 50kg x 5 reps x 2 sets plus 47.5kgx 5x 2. Some reps were a grind but got there.
    Squats L worksets 112.5kg x 5 x2
    Dl M worksets 117.5kg x 5 x3.
    Glad to get finished and off home for tea.

    Squats M 115kg x 5 x3

    Training has been a bit hit and Miss recently.
    Squats H worksets 125kg x 3 reps X1 set plus 2x1. Poor form
    OHP worksets 47.5kg x 4 sets x 4 reps
    No platform available or bars to DL. Time for home.

    starting strength coach development program
    Have only had opportunity for a couple of training sessions in the last few weeks. Have got roped into a sponsored walk up our local peak. Trying to improve weights and longer hikes don't go together well or it may be just me.
    Attempting to steady state with only two weight sessions a week until 2 June and I get the event out of the way.
