Thanks to all the 50s , over and under for the advice.
    Today's numbers
    Squat 5x3 210
Press stumbled again started at 105 and failed first set at rep 3.
Back down to 99 and struggled through. Going to have to try something different.
DL still going right direction 231x 5x1

Welcome from a geezer, I'm 66. I think you'll find that as your DL and squat improve, so will your OHP. Those two lifts trigger the physiologic climate your body needs to grow. You build the base, and the rest comes along with it.

Good man, going strong at 66. This young un happy to follow in the footsteps. Wish I had started years ago mind you. Think I will strip the overhead down and try to build with better form

I struggle with pressing more than anything else. I don't dislike them, I'm just really, really bad at them.

Dag, I might be getting paranoid but it's a bit more than dislike

Monday session finished. Fractional plates on their way. Squat stalled at 210, thinking about form and want to fix it before moving on. Getting tightness just above right bicep which is an annoyance.
    Bench 138 again form
Dl 231 and 1RM 236, not sure I am supposed to but it made me feel good.

It's so nice to see people around my age who work through or around injuries rather than "taking it easy". I really love the progress reports.
    "Fractional" means the 1/2# plates?
I love mine. I can make progress with just a 1# increase. Very motivating.

When Deadlifting do you use chalk? Have you tried reverse grip?
