    Session this morning
    Took 10% off squats and concentrated on form after reading the book. Happy with form
    Press down but got the 5x3, fractional plates from here on in. Dl plateau 5x3 felt a bit foggy at end of work set still got two Rms and dizzy. Better than drugs!

    Love Saturday afternoon in the gym. Mobile phones and youngsters who think they know everything and their phones are the centre of the world. Even better when one is teaching the other deadlift, wrong and makes lots of noise slamming it down ever rep.
    Any ways deload squat last week building slowly concentrating on form

    Bench 140x5
    Dl 234x5, finally off plateau love fractional plates.

    Squat 193 x5, stupidly miscounted and forgot fractional plates, senior moment!
    Press hip action keep forgetting 94x5
    Dl 237x5, definetly singles
    At GP on Monday last and doctor advised me to stop the weights and take up swimming or I wouldn't be able to turn my neck in 10 years time. Quack ignoring that lol

    Saturday session. One of those days that nothing comes easy but pushing on brings great delight.

    Bench 143 x5
    Dl 239 x 5
    Old man rant, how ignorant is it not to put plates back. Spend lots of time hunting them round the gym.

    I remember hating the press as well. Now its my favorite lift. I only hate squats and deadlifts now

    starting strength coach development program
    Only managed two sessions this week, work deadlines. Wednesday
    Squat 198x5x3
    Press 96x5x3
    Dl 242x5x1
    Saturday
    Squat 200x5x3 form ok
    Bench failed on 4 rep second set and 3 rep final set. 2 further reps at same wait. No spotter available and bar speed quite slow towards failure
    Bench 145
    Dl 245x5x1 thinking about breathing and stability
