Took 10% off squats and concentrated on form after reading the book. Happy with form
Press down but got the 5x3, fractional plates from here on in. Dl plateau 5x3 felt a bit foggy at end of work set still got two Rms and dizzy. Better than drugs!
Love Saturday afternoon in the gym. Mobile phones and youngsters who think they know everything and their phones are the centre of the world. Even better when one is teaching the other deadlift, wrong and makes lots of noise slamming it down ever rep.

Bench failed on 4 rep second set and 3 rep final set. 2 further reps at same wait. No spotter available and bar speed quite slow towards failure
