Three sessions this week. 3 questions timing was beautiful. Ever since understanding reps and sets have been going in like a grove. Loving it.

Have dl every season since start.
Thinking about Diet, haven't been using Whey Protein or amino acids. Any thoughts?

Need to supplement with protein powder or I don't get enough. Only you would know if you are getting the 1.5-2 grams per pound of lean mass.

Squat no idea but really struggled felt like there was nothing in the tank.

No issues with either the bench or Deadlift, mystified after squats.

Monday

5x3x226, felt heavy but got there.
OHP
5x3x107, speed slow and technique poor especially breathing.

Middle session last couple of weeks have been light on squats. Same this week went from 226 to 187.
Bench expected normal progression moving to 154. A disaster failed twice on second rep. Deloaded to 143 and pushed 5x3 out.
Dl biggest disappointment haven't struggled for a long time. Expecting normal progression to 275. Totally nothing inches off the ground back hurt like hell. Deloaded to 243 bashed five out and went home.
Almost 4 months in LP.
Will give it a rest until Saturday and hit it again. Otherwise thinking about moving to twice a week.
Any other advice grateful accepted.

Kept failing. Hip thing not working for me. On top of last Bench fail, might reset both. Four months in might be end of any semblance of Linear Progression but upper body hasn't been great all the way through.

275x5x1, grinding these out, had a few failures but got to five. Last couple of sessions everything has felt like a grind.
Need to consider what next.

No squat racks available when I went in this afternoon so went straight to Dl platform.
Dl 5x1x277. Need to remember chest up
Bench next
Stuck 152 managed 4x3x152 staying until o get all five.
Squat got warm up and 1 rep at 231. Pulled something in the groin and decided not to push it. Real grind at the moment. Moan, moan moan

Thursday mid week session. Deloaded squat by10%. 2nd deload
5x3x209. Happy with form build again
OHP really struggling failed on each of the sets 4,4 and 3. Going to stick at same weight until I get through

Saturday session
Squats building following deload
5x3x211, happy with form.
Bench continues to be a disaster. 154 failed on first rep twice. Deload all the way down to 132 to get 5x3 out. I hate bench. Did some laying lats, have to try something.
Dl loaded 277 couldn't get it of the floor. Back down to 256

5x1x281 more like 5 singles due to reset form after each possibly 20 to 30 seconds each time.
Four months into LP. Dl delighted, squats ok and disappointed with both OHP and Bench
