Squats continuing to go up and finally above pre July holiday level at 104 for 5x3
Press and Bench, progress continues to be very slow on both and yes I am whining.
46.5 and 66 respectively
Dl was at 130 prior to holidays back up to 117.5 but its slow.
Finally introduced Power cleans. Not sure technique would pass the test but they are going up. No soreness for a 53 year old!

Bench 66kgx5x3 happier with form, move on
No dl today finding I can only pull heavy once a week now. Keeping powerclean to once a week.
Any suggestions or recommendations to fill the gap in the schedule?

Yesterday session
107.5kgx5x3, a couple of rogue reps through the sets
Press 47.5kgx5x3, last rep in sets 2 and 3 were a real struggle to get up, speed almost non existent

Don't know why but have enjoyed the last couple of sessions.

Squat 110kg x 5x3, a real struggle but got there
Press 48.5kgx5x3 last two reps final two sets were pure dog rough
Bent over row from the floor 50 kg x5x5 first time

Wednesday session
Squats 110kgx5x1, 4x1 and 3x1 finished with 90kgx5x3, thoroughly disappointed
Bench got through all the warm ups. Loaded for worksets 68.5kg. Lowered the bar, on the way up and couldn't move the bar an inch above the chest. No spotter, had to roll it off. Totally embarrassed
Will give it a break until Friday or Saturday and give it a blast again.

After Wednesday delighted
Press 48.5kgx4x4sets failed on the last rep of each of the first three sets, not sure if it's technically the same but pushed a fourth set. Form poor on trying to get fifth

Ok at 53 I'm not chasing a third day anymore. What do I do in between.
So lesson learnt, adequate rest for an older guy and Led Zep cranked up to 10 for the last sets
