Squat 115kgx5repsx3sets, felt ok
OHP 49kg failed on 4 rep of every set. Moved to 5sets of 3 reps. Really struggled.
DL moved through warm up sets no problem. Got to workset at 125kg and couldn't break it off the floor. Reset form 3 times but still couldn't get it off the floor. Left
