    Wednesday session
    Squat 113.5kgx 5repsx3 sets. Ok with form
    Bench 62.5lgx5x3 form ok
    No Dl today. Bent over Rows 5x5x 55kg plus 5x5x65kg. Tank emptied

    Saturday session
    Squat 115kgx5repsx3sets, felt ok
    OHP 49kg failed on 4 rep of every set. Moved to 5sets of 3 reps. Really struggled.
    DL moved through warm up sets no problem. Got to workset at 125kg and couldn't break it off the floor. Reset form 3 times but still couldn't get it off the floor. Left
    Live to fight another day

    Wednesday
    Squat 115kg x 5 reps x 3 sets, strangely they seem to be causing no problem at the moment. Time to think about form again?
    Bench 63.5kg x 5x3, ok but seem to be stuck in the 60s for ever
    Power Clean back in today 40kgx 5x 1, 45kg x 5 x 5 plus 50kg x 5x3
    Decided to add in some OHP at end just 40kg x5x 3. Need to stick to every third day for rest I think.

    yep, sometimes it's just glued to the floor!

    Saturday session. Was pushed for time. No squat racks available when I went in so went straight to Deadlift on platform.
    Warm up ok. Then went for the 125kg. Pulled first two ok and then couldn't pull the third despite setting up again three times and attempting grind. Back down to 117.5kg and pulled 5.
    Finally got access to a rack went through warm up sets but couldn't move the 115kg that had been easy during the week. Ran out of time.
    Ok time to think about programme moving forward.

    Tuesday
    Squats 116kgx5 repsx3 sets
    Felt ok, don't try to do heavy DL before a squat session lesson learnt.
    OHP stuck on 49kg, 49x2x3 and 1 rep final set. Finished with 2 further sets of 5 at 45kg.
    Bent over row 60kgx5x5 plus 67.5kgx5x5.
    Diet is next thing to think about if wife lets me lol

    First week on HLM
    28 Nov
    Heavy - Squat 105kg x 5 reps x 4 sets
    Medium - Press 45kg x 5 X1 plus 40kg x 5 x 4
    Low - Power Clean - 50kg x 5 x4
    All went ok, rest good. Thinking about what's going into the system concentrating on Protein.
    1 Dec
    Light - Squat 100kg x5 x3
    Light - Press 42.5kg x 5 x4
    Heavy - 117.5 kg x5 x 2
    Realise all heavies are for me and definitely no suggestion they are heavy.
