    Squat 275 3x5

    Pretty amazing to me when viewing 385 next to 405 on deadlift. They start and end at about the same time but 405 was much quicker during.

    This was a PR but was planning on doing a set of 5

    Press 155 1x4 (PR) but was planning set of 5

    Squat 280 3x5

    This is the end of LP. It’s been a great run but time for a different program.


    Ran 7 miles 10:30 pace. It sucked.
