    Squat 230 3x5
    Press 122.5 3x5 getting very tough so moved to lower increment moves for now.
    First time really toying with power cleans and realized I don't have any power (95lbs)

    Squat 235# 3x5 previous PR and felt easy compared to when I was highbar good morning squatting

    Bench 180# 3x5 felt good. Last rep was slow

    Deadlift 275# 3x5 previous PR felt fast and had good form. Using my glutes and hamstrings more now.

    Quick 1.5 mile run with the wife after. Well it wasn't quick as I was gassed but overall I feel great.

    Might have to up the caloric intake because my weight has been pretty steady at 190# the past few days.

    Yesterday evening workout:
    Squat 240 3x5
    Press 125 3x5
    Deadlift 285 1x5

    I didn't get a chance to work out until 8:30pm and then slept like absolute shit. Probably thinking about work. I'll do my best to sleep tonight but won't be back from the Bay until 9:30-10

    Lunch time workout.
    Squats 245 3x5
    Bench 185 2x5, 1x4. Failed the last rep. Guess I'll try that again next time. Weigh 190 so trying to break the body weight bench.

    No cleans. Need to get back to work.

    20s on 1:40 relaxed row for 14min.

    Had an awesome workout today. Started with me feeling like shit in the squats and form probably wasn't the best.

    Squat 250 3x5
    Press 127.5 3x5 felt really good
    Deadlift 295 1x5 bar speed was great. Just needed a little help with some metal blasting in my ears

    Bleh...Too much time between food and my workout so it felt absolutely terrible.

    Morning BW 192.5
    Squat 255 3x5
    Bench 185 3x5 either I have a form power leak or I need to microload. My feet tend to want to slip when driving out of the bottom

    Press 60

    starting strength coach development program
    Had a couple days off spending time with family. My diet was really low calorie for the past two days but fueled up this morning and knocked out another workout.

    Squat 265 3x5
    Bench 187.5 1x4 failed rep 5 decided against failing the other reps and did volume. 135 2x12

    I'm going to do a reset and microload in smaller increments than 2.5 with more volume to see if I can get bench going that way.

    Deadlift 315 1x5 this felt pretty heavy and didn't have the best form on the last rep.
