Squat 235# 3x5 previous PR and felt easy compared to when I was highbar good morning squatting
Bench 180# 3x5 felt good. Last rep was slow
Deadlift 275# 3x5 previous PR felt fast and had good form. Using my glutes and hamstrings more now.
Quick 1.5 mile run with the wife after. Well it wasn't quick as I was gassed but overall I feel great.
Might have to up the caloric intake because my weight has been pretty steady at 190# the past few days.
