    Deadlift stiff bar with hook grip for the comp
    350 1@7? Should have been like 6 or less but guess I’ll see how 385 goes which was my planned opener.
    385 @9.5 damn that’s heavy WTF?! Well guess I’ll probably open with 350 and see how well it moves

    I was really hoping I’d have a solid 385-390 @8 so I could try and pull 415+ but we will have to see how things move at the mock meet.

    Feels weird to do nothing so just playing while I contemplate what I’m going to do next. I’ll be traveling next week so trying to find a CrossFit Gym. Also need a new program to follow while I continue the weight cut.

    Squat
    Attempt 1: 320
    Attempt 2: 335 moved very well so I took a conservative jump to 365 even though I really wanted 375 to PR
    Attempt 3: 365

    Press
    Attempt 1: 145 felt heavy so didn’t want to waste a 2nd attempt on non PR weight
    Attempt 2: 160 PR
    Attempt 3: 170 failed

    Deadlift
    Warm ups felt heavy so wasn’t feeling it but decided I’d see how 370 moved. 370 moved quick so I figured I’d see if 390 moved quick before making a PR jump.

    Attempt 3: 417.5 PR
