Is that a Titan or Rogue rack and how worth it were the mono lifts?
Thanks! Yea the squat and deadlift gains have been great. Bench has been a struggle trying to keep my wrist healthy since I tend to get carpal tunnel from work.
The rack is a rep fitness short rack (similar to Titan T2). I wish I would’ve spent more money on a titan t3 up front but didn’t know I’d stick with training. It’s a bit too short for me at 5’10” but I make it work. The monolift is the titan bolt on monolift. I bought extra hardware to work with the 2x2” steel rather than the 2x3”. I love it because it saves my shoulders and allows me to stay tight since I workout without a someone to provide a liftoff.
