    Great session
Worked up well for each lift. Started with an empty bar.
    Squat 305- 5/5/5-PR
    Press 115- 5/5/5-PR
    Power Clean 190- 3/3/3/3/3-PR

Clean started to feel heavy by the end. Had to start catching some of them closer to a squat. No straps/chalk or belts yet.

Had a great training session today.
Warmed up lightly on the C2 Rower
Squat 315- 5/5/5- Up 10lbs since last workout. PR
Bench 190- 5/5/5- Up 5lbs since last workout. PR
Deads 320- 5- Up 5lbs. PR. These were tough though. I started to lose grip by the end. Using a double overhand grip. I want to keep doing these raw if possible but if grip is the limiting factor I may have to give in to straps. Or I need to figure out how to build more grip strength.

Body weight 215. Up a few pounds in the last week.

    Squat- 320 5/5/5
    Press- 120 5/5/5
    Power Cleans- 195 3/3/3/3/3
All PR's today. Felt great. Took around 3mins rest between each working set.
I think I may be an inch or two high on the squat so I'm going to work on depth.

Weight: 215.2-Eating around 2700-3000 calories a day. Definitely a small surplus. My maintenance is around 2400.

    Squat- 335x5/5/5 (+15lbs)
    Bench- 195x5/5/5 (+5 lbs)
    Deads- 335x5 (+15lbs)
Another great session. LP is coming along nicely. I'm lifting weights that I've never come close to hitting before.
The reason I had to make a big jump on the squats and deads is because I was in a home gym that didn't have smaller plates. Also, need a new belt. My crappy Velcro belt is just ripping off with this weight.

    Squat- 305 5/5/5 (-30lbs)
    Press- 125 5/5/5 (+5lbs)
    Power Cleans- 200 3/3/3/3/3 (+5lbs)
PR on cleans and press. Felt great. Did a deload on the squats to focus on depth and felt great. TUBOW was terribly useful.
Chirporactor saw me an hour after my lifts. Hadn't seen me since for the 4 weeks since starting the program. Asked if I was on steroids (which I'm not). Started creatine today though.

That's funny. When I told my doctor I was lifting weights he asked if I was on steroids as well. If I am they're definitely not working very well!

    Good work on the PRs.

Hahaha. Sadly I work out in a home gym so the only top coming off was mine. At 23% BF, when I looked in the mirror I definitely saw some boobies though.

Well keep up the good work, at my commercial gym the power clean record is 225x1. You could be famous if you trained there, hoes would flock.

    Squat- 315x5/5/5 (+10lbs)
    Bench- 200x5/5/5 (+5 lbs)
    Deadlifts- 345x5 (+10lbs)
PR on bench and deads. Everything felt great but the bench and deadlifts felt pretty heavy. Really working on my form. Made sure to go low in the squats and keep my knees out and avoid sliding. Staring down 5' ahead and focusing on driving the lower back up is paying off big time.
Accidentally taking breaths at the top of the deadlifts. Need to work on that.
