Default no more ego lifting. Starting all over

I train for strength and for performance in BJJ/MMA. I am 25 years old, 5'7 185 pounds at the moment. I would like to be a bit lighter but it is not a concern at the time. I definitely 'look' stronger than I actually am. Not sure why but that's been a consistent thing for me. Might be the small frame and how my muscles hold fat decently well enough to look beefy? haha

My all time best lifts are these
    Squat: 275
    Bench: 225
    Deadlift: 385

I haven't touched these weights in years. I used to be way stronger than I am now. I see what I used to lift, and what I lift now, and I always get stupid and try and stack up the weight like an idiot. It's funny because I know these aren't even heavy numbers.

I am currently recovering from an SI joint injury. I was squatting too deeply on front squat (couldn't back squat..had wrist injury) I am not letting this get me discouraged. I will continue lifting 3x a week on my LP.

I am basically doing starting strength esque LP, with the difference of Wednesday being a slightly lighter day. Basically a HLH split. I am unable to squat with a straight bar so I am using a safety squat bar as well as a box to make sure I hit perfect depth every set.

I am hoping this log makes it easier for me to keep consistent with this. I want to atleast be able to squat 405 one day.

for the time being, i will be hex bar deadlifting until my belt comes in from bestbelts. I would like to heal a bit more from the si injury too but i accept this might take a long time

Welcome. I'm glad you are back at it. What is your age?

Did you avoid overhead press because of your wrist or will you be doing that with DL on the next lift day?

    squat 145 x 5
    OHP 80 x 10

kinda messed up by repping 80 on ohp as much as i could. still plan on only making a 5lb jump and trying to not be an idiot and egolift

You don't seem to be doing linear progression.

haven't updated this in a while so these are my current lifts
    Squat 215 x 5
    Bench 190 x 5
    Deadlift 245 x 5

herniated disc is doing a lot better, don't really feel any issues with it other than when in jiu jitsu I get put in a neck choke where they squeeze the neck hard. Which is weird since the disc issue is in the lower back, but I digress.

That was because I was also doing a light day in the middle of the week on account of the herniated disc
