I haven't lifted in 2 weeks. I tried to work the hamstring with lunges, and doing stairs 2 at a time. Today I felt like ass but I got under the bar

I've had some bad pulls, over the years and I took the standard tactic of do nothing. Ice and heat. Several weeks and sometimes months to heal and multiple little repulls as scar tissue broke. This is an old body with lots of history, but "you dance with the girl what brung ya."

Everything felt good. Weight moved well. I have adjusted my stance wider with feet not as turned out. I just sort of stumbled on this stance doing a few body weight squats this morning to loosen up. It felt good so I will probably keep trying it.

Chins are hard. Wrist, shoulders and elbow all bitch at me from them, but since I started LP with Chins, my biceps look good and I haven't done curls. I used to do curls all the time. usually in the 12-15 rep range . My biceps might have been a bit bigger then, but not by much. I like not pissing away so much time, and being able to pull my body weight up is a useful thing.....bicep curls were not.
My weight gives me fits. I have tried to clean up my diet for the last couple weeks. Still trying to get 200 grams of protein a day. Some days I feel like I can't eat another thing and some days I'm starving. My weight wasn't moving at all until 4 days ago. This morning I'm 215.8. I felt good. Strong. Knee hurt while walking a couple blocks to work but aside from that I felt great.
