6 days since last training.
At lunch, in company Gym,
Press, worked up to 137.5x3,4,3. Left side moved much slower. I felt rushed because it was jammed with people today.
at home, after work
SSB squat 45x5,5
135x5
185x3
225x2
245x2
280x5,5,5. good depth on all squats. Didn't feel bad at all.
Deadlift
135x5,5
225x5---felt heavy as hell ??
315x3. (I skipped 275 because I was feeling tired.
345x5. That was just damned hard. no way around it. Damned hard. thats a 5 rep PR.

I certainly appreciate the encouraging words. Body weight was 225 this morning I’m gonna be about ready for a little body recomposition before too long I’m start to get fluffy instead of going straight to the farm after work I came home and did my squats I only had time to squat though but I got three sets 285 it felt like a friggin mountain but I got them all

Friday, March 17 instead of heading to the farm after work, I came home and squatted. Worked up to 3 sets of 5 at 285.
Today I deadlifted first so my bride could get her squats in.

290x5,5,5. PR. all reps were clean and deep.

Wednesday i slipped over to the company gym and did some presses at 115x5x3. Then did some bicep and tricep silliness
This morning
Ssb squat
45x5,5,5
135x5
185x3
225x2
250x2
295x5,5, 6. PR. 300lbs next week
28 degrees in garage gym so i called it quits.
After wrk i went to company gym and used their CAP bar and weights. Weights are loose on barbell and knurling sucks.
Deadlift

335x1,1. Was supposed to be a double but hook grip failed me
355x5 mixed grip. PR weight but i felt my form slip on the last two reps. I will repeat that weight next week and claim it as a proper PR when I’m confident of the form.
Dumbbell bench press

70x8
80x8. Shoulder hurts too much to push past this.
Tricep cable pushdown
Lat pulldowns
Dumbbell curls.

NLP is still working for me so I am loving it. I am hoping that in a month, I will be up to 315. Being able to put 3 wheels on the squat is something I have chased for a long time and had given up as unobtainable long ago.
