    SSB squat
    45x5,5
    135x5
    185x3
    225x3
    255x2
300x5,6,5. did a Jesus rep on the 2nd set because I lost count. Last rep of 3rd set I started to fail and had to grind it out. got a little tweek of my left hamstring from knee all the way up into the hip insertion and groin. It isn't severe and I suspect I can rehab it in a week and be back on track. And this is a PR

    Press 45x10,10
    65x3
    85x5
    105x3
    115x2
    135x5,5,5

    deadlift 135x5
    185x5
    225x5
2755x5,5,5 did 3 sets of 275 instead of taking the weight up because I didn't want to risk aggravating my leg. I'll be back on it soon enough.,

Whoohoo! 300x16 total reps is your PR?

Love the Jesus rep, always do them myself. Sometimes even a Jesus set! I'm terrible at keeping track unless I write them down...

I'm pretty happy with it, even though most people who do the program end up being much stronger than this. But I'm living in uncharted territory. I'm in a place where I am stronger than I believed was possible for me. And I know that there is more top end.

You're a fairly young man, if I remember correctly, Dad, in your forties? If so, even your fifties, you have so much more strength to build. As I love to mention, I didn't hit my first 400+ pound bench (403 ) until my fiftieth birthday. And I plan to set more PRs, although within months of my sixtieth.

51 years old. Im going to get my shoulder evaluated soon so i know what needs to be done for it. Im pretty sure surgery is in my future. I just dont know if I will be waiting till next year or doing it soon. There is a compelling case for each but the DR evaluation will be deciding factor. I dont anticipate ever having a 400 lb bench but my squat should hit 350 and maybe in a year or two creep up to 400. That doesnt seem impossible anymore. And it makes it all fun for me because every increase is something i have never done before. Squat and deadlift are at lifetime PR’s. And sustaining these levels for years would be pretty easy.

Much appreciated Bingley. Good to see you back

Started the Starr protocal for my strained groin tonight. Yesterday I was just moving the leg around and doing body weight squats thruout the day. This morning I started taking the stairs at work, two at a time to fire up that adductor.

    SSB squat 45x15,15
    85x15
    105x15
    135x15
155x10. knees are going to be crying tomorrow.

    Bench Press
    45x10,10
    95x5
135x5. called it quits . Shoulder keeps popping the whole time . Doesn't feel like a good idea.
