    Yesterday, bench press 45x10
    95x5
    135x5
    155x5,5,5,5. Hand spacing about chest width. So closer than inused to donit and dropping elbows next to midsection. It is easier on my shoulder.

    Seated press. 45x5
    65x5
    85x5. Started to hurt in the middle of my back, out to the side. So i stopped

    Barbell curls and body weight tricep presses against wall.

    Today
    Ssb squat. 45x10
    95x10
    130x10
    150x10, 10, 10

    Lower back is sore. Skipping deadlifts.

    good work in spite of the discomfort.

    I really need to do some upper body arm stuff, my presses are all just ridiculously weak...I just don't like them

    I like squatting best. Deadlift is probably the most practical. Bench is not completely useless but i find it less useful than press. And curls and triceps work. Those are money. Cause they look good.
