    Put some bent rows in your program. Those chins will come.

    I felt it for a few minutes but it wasn't too bad. The biggest issue I had was just keeping grip on the darn thing.

    320x5. Hook-grip. I need chalk. Haven't had a chalk bucket since we moved in June.

    Still feeling pain that goes from groin up ab out ten inches into my stomach. It seems to be healing.....slowly.
