    370x1 hook. Started to go dark after i stood back up. I turned around and grabbed the rack and went to my knees till the light cane back. Wife was downstairs doing laundrey and was not a fan.
    I am having trouble hanging on to the bar. Either gonna have to switch to 3’s or start using straps. Maybe both. At the top set, my shoulder starts to hurt on the last couple reps, so sets of three might do me some good.

    i've gone to straps. i'm more concerned about moving the weight off the floor than being able to crush you with my gorilla grip

    There is a lot to be said for the gorilla grip. It makes the forearms look strong, because they are strong. And there are lits of times that i have to grab large heavy stuff on the farm. And since it is usually a submaximal effort it usually goes well.

    oh not denying the virtues of the gorilla grip, it's just i'm not willing to slow down my dead progression to give my grip time to catch up.

    200x8x4. (trying to comply with Sully's version of lift notation.). 3rd set felt some "tightness " in adductor, about 10 inches down leg. Gracillis maybe?

    Deadlift. I had chalk tonight and I also took a 10 minute break between squats and deads and made a deadlift jack out of a 2x10.

    it took me a long time to get the straps attatched to the bar and my for wasn't great. lower back felt a little rounded. And my shoulders were not back properly.k. I have some work to do.

    I've missed a couple workouts this week. I wanted to get a workout in at the work GYM this week but I've been swamped with work duties.
    This morning I got in some squats. I also wore my Romaleo II lifting shoes again for tghe first time since I pulleed my groin. I have been doing all my rehab work in Reebok Nano crossfit shoes. The angle and height threw me off. I worked it out for squats but it was too much with deadlift. I did a set at 295 that really felt awkward and I felt mystery self dropping my butt each rep, I tried 350 and gave up quickly because it felt so awkward and weak.

    i could never get the hang of wrapping the regular straps, it was hit or miss, so i got a set of the figure-8 ones
