370x1 hook. Started to go dark after i stood back up. I turned around and grabbed the rack and went to my knees till the light cane back. Wife was downstairs doing laundrey and was not a fan.
I am having trouble hanging on to the bar. Either gonna have to switch to 3’s or start using straps. Maybe both. At the top set, my shoulder starts to hurt on the last couple reps, so sets of three might do me some good.
