    Tonight I did a rowing workout. 500m/1 min rest. 10 rnds. 19:40 total 1:58 average. I hate cardio and FITT stuff, but I'm just getting too fat and need to do some recomp.

    I was exhausted tonight. slept terribly last night and was sore and fatigued tonght. I intended to hit my squat numbers and drop my deadlift to two sets of 315. But I didn't

    Bw squat x 10
    ssb squat 45x10
    95x5
    135x5
    185x5
    225x3x8. I think it is time to start doing less reps on my work sets

    deadlift
    135x5
    225x5
    195x5
    345x5. It was ugly and the last two reps felt like they're were coming apart. last rep didnt' feel like I locked out, but the film didn't show this. I got video of squats and deadlift but can't get it to upload tonight.

    230x4x6. It felt heavy. This is the first time, since pulling my groin and starting my rehab train, that the weight seemed heavy. Also, the video says i am of questionable depth. I am going to video all my sets next workout and make sure i am not cheating. I got the last two today

    I used straps because i did something to my hand the last time i deadlifted and its swollen. My low back felt like it was rounding some but i did not see that on video.

    Yeah, I'd say you're a bit high, too. Not too much, but enough to be noticeable.

    Also, is the bar getting a little forward of the center of your foot?

    I get this a lot, too. I'll think I'm doing a full-on scared-cat deadlift, but when I look at the video, my back looks fine.
