    I had an out of town project for work that i left for as soon as he left. We got home last night and my daughter turned on the heat in the weight room. So instead of surfing the net and drinking bourban, I put on my lifters and went down to squat.

    nov/dec/jan is a total backslide for me. thanksgiving then all the Christmas stuff then both my Bride and I have birthdays in January so I abandon all pretense at Gainzzz until February. But it's all worth it

    Think of calories as money and your gut as a bank. You're just saving "money" in "the bank" to spend on gains in the new year.
