Hats off to you for training on Christmas Day, that's dedication!. I made the decision to take off the week and was questioning that decision last night when I trained. :-)
Been hunting hard the last week. Dragging deer out of the woods. Thank God that I lift. Makes it easier. Got some shovel work on the farm to do today.

250x3x5. That felt much heavier than it should and I'm already sore and stiff.
I also did some dumbell curls at work. It doesn't take much time at this age to detrain drastically. I wasn't even tempted to deadlift. I'll do that when I train again in 2 or 3 days.
I pulled 8 deer out of the woods this year, and I ate like crazy for the last couple weeks. It's time to get back to work.

Look at all the repetitions on the squat. My squats are improving but I'd collapse with that many reps. Good work.
