I have been missing more workouts than I've been getting recently. My lovely bride had the heater on in the basement for me, when I got home. I was not going to lift. But after a I ate a bowl of chili I decided to go down there.
I could barely get the belt fastened.

My back has been feeling ok for 2 days. I don't want to push it. I really should have done the star protocol after tweaking my back, but life has gotten in the way. Work, home repair, farm obligations and family issues have sidelined everyone thing and quite frankly my motivation to lift has not been there on the one or two nights when I could have made it happen.

Last night was Yoga with my daughter. Gonna try to get under a bar tonight or tomorrow.
Yesterday i spent 5-6 hours pulling out rocks out of the forest and creek so i could lay them as pavers. A good volume deadlift workout.
