Slept poorly Wednesday night. Thursday turned into a double shift st work. Friday I was beat so I loaded up on food to help me have enough energy to lift. Big shake then a bojangles chicken biscuit. Then double cheeseburger and fries from the deli and an Rx bar. At 3 pm I was pulled into a problem that several peers had been working on all day. I didn't leave the office till 2 am.
I got about 4.5 hours sleep and got up and had a shake. Then went to the weights.
10 minutes rowing to get loose
    Squat
    265x5,5,5

Bench. Really tired of sub 200 bench so I'm loading up on it
    195x5,5,5
    205x2

    Press105x5,5,5

    Deadlift 135x 15,15,15. Been 10 days since i pressed

    Chinups+25...didn't have ability for +20
    5,6,5

Life gets in the way. I was supposed to train last night. I did squats this morning and that was all.
Squat 270x5x3. It felt heavy but I never felt I couldn't do it. When racking the weight after the last set I felt a warm ache in myadductor. In the same spot I pulled it a couple months ago. This is frustrating. I have recently opened my knees a bit more to get better depth and I wonder if this is causing more stress than my body is conditioned to handle at this weight. I'm hoping that a couple light workouts will get me back in. I am bouncing off the wall here. Resetting multiple times when I try 270-275. I really feel that my LP has a lot of room left but shit keeps happening.

Spent the day building a deer fence with my son. We put in about 25 posts and started putting together 2 corner sections. Hard sweaty work. He seemed unfazed by the exertion. But he is 18 and I am not. There are many many more posts to go.

It was in the 90's yesterday. Will be mid 80's today with high humidity, and 90 tomorrow. I am on my way back out there to work on the fence. 6 hours today and maybe the same tomorrow. I will be chugging water and gatorade.

Since I was home today, I did a short workout. my back was tweaky as hell today. Gave me a cattle prod of pain just doing body weight squat warmups, and a shot of pain on my 160 lb warmup set. That the the funky groin/hamstring ache I had two days ago convinced me to take it easy

    Squats 225x5x3 no groin pain,
    Bench 197.5 x 5,5,4,1 .

Not working chins or deadlifts...I have several days of hard labor coming at me and I don't want my hips hurting any more than they always do.

I have been getting stronger by doing as much to follow the program as possible so I see no reason to deviate from the instruction.
