    Back was tweaked and body just plain wrecked after a long day of house building yesterday.

    I hope everyone had a great holiday break. My son drove home Nineteen hours from Kansas for Christmas. He just went back today. It was a great Christmas with three of my kids here.

    Thanks Chad. Ive been busy this last week. Saturday, I squatted 285x3x5. Yesterday I did an upper body split at the work gym. We’ve been working on the house quite a bit. The walls are going up. Lots of late nights.
