This pisses me off as much as your lifts... maybe more. Oh, I mean inspires....

At the beginning of this video, you’ll see some of those rocks. They are flipping big.

Hah, I’ve got another video coming up where my wife was moving some of the big ones. She was a cross-fit girl when I met her and she still loves to run and flip tires. She doesn’t have an off switch so when we get a rainy day where we cant get out to the farm she drives me crazy. Honestly, If I was in a city right now, I don't know what I would be doing.

Went has outside after work tonight and got another load of stones. The biggest one yet.

Then I came inside to lift.
    Ssb squat.
    135x10
    185x8
    235x4x8

    Deadlift
    135x10
    225x10
315x5. Felt crazy easy. So I just loaded 370 on the bar. This will be a 53 year old PR if I make it.

I hit 370 deadlift for a double. Felt like I could have done more.

    starting strength coach development program
    Ssb squaat
    135x10
    185x8
    225x8
245x4x8. Right groin was tight as hell and really hard to warm up.

    Deadlift
    135x10
    225x10
    275x3
    325x5 not terribly easy
Watched the Lawrence of Arabia “no prisoners” clip a couple times and then hit
375 for a double. Was not easy. But it is a 53 year old PR. I am probably gonna have to start playing some intermediate training games to push it higher.
