I've learned a great deal from your videos. Stay focused on safety, not just for you, but for your video audience.

Many things impress me about this but the way you stay calm when stuff gets sideways... that may be your best example for your audience.
I love the quote. We have been crazy busy lately. And hunting season started. I am over extended.

Bulk up is easy when jt seems like you don't do anything but shovel food in all day. I love working from home but the refrigerator is 20 feet away.

    Ssb squat 225x4x5
    Deadlift 235x5
    Shrugs 185x5x5
    Bro work for arms.

Should be a fine start to a much improved year.
2020 didn't set the bar very high. LOL.

Hoping to stay at it. We have been spending all our time building the house. That wonít change. But hunting season ends in 2 days.
My daughter was monopolizing my home gym in the middle of the day, when I would most likely use it, and she moved out. I donít have much excuse not to get back under the bar.
