I see a lot of construction work going on in my area. I often wonder if I had a job like that would I be inclined to train either before or after work ?

About 5 years ago I would get up an hour e arly to knock out my training. I hated it. Now it takes so long to loosen up that I am not sure I could lift well in the morning. Maybe that’s just me finding a reason not to train.

Some ridiculous supper body stuff. Shrugs and curls and Tricep press and a weird partial dip thing. I need to buy an incline bench because I can incline dumbell bench with very little pain.
