PD, you could try going with 4's instead of favh's. You have a lot going on and it appears a lot of tonnage beyond the program.

I skipped last week. Got my first gender reassignment chromosome restructuring injection. Felt like shit so decided to rest as much as possible.
Inconsistency is my albatross. I make gains for a couple weeks then Don't touch a weight for almost a month. I have a lot going on but need to find a way to get under a bar even if the weights are lighter.
