    I did 3 sets of 5 at 185 last week
    And two days ago did the following at the company gym
    Front squat 45x5
    95x5
    135x5
    155x5
    175x5,5,5

    Deadlift
    135x5
    225x5
    315x5. Hook grip

    Press
    45x5
    65x5
    85x5,5,5

    Plus some bro work.

    Last night I couldnt sleep. So I did a 3 am workout.
    Seated press 65x4x5

    Ssb squat 245x3x5
    Power clean. 95 x 5 x 3
    Rowing machine workout.

    Today at work I did shrugs, bis and tris.

    Had to move the last 2 weeks. Just got my home Gym set up again.

    Deadlift 215x5
    Seated press 85x3x5

    Trying to get some momentum

    Always nice to have the home gym back in order. I'm sure being able to work at home is a big part if why I do still WO pretty consistently at my age.
