    Because of my shoulder surgery, I requested that my work Gym purchase an SSB.
    I included three examples with links. In late November, they told me they had approved the purchase and ordered a Rouge Safety squat bar. I finished my second workout with it, yesterday. I really like that bar and enjoy being able to squat during my workouts at work. I’m writing up a thank you letter later today.

    Today Is Sunday so I was working out at home. Rower 1:40 row :20 rest. 9 rounds
    Ssb squat 45.x10, 135x5, 185x3x5
    Didn't deadlift because it was still below freezing out there and I didn't want to touch the bar

    lol that's why I've just been squatting too, bar's too damn cold for deads in the garage

    Thanks. Today I feel like I got crushed. Dug some post holes today, working on another section of fence for the goats, and the wife wants ducks, so I am going to put their shelter in this area.
