    I appreciate the well wishes. Saw my shoulder doc today. We are going to plan it out for a couple months down the road. I have some major projects to tighten up first. I told him the xray had kind of spooked me and he said he didn't think I could do any more damage than I already had so go ahead and do what I felt like I could.
    MRI for groin tomorrow.
    Tonight I was frustrated so I had to do something,.

    MRI and Doc visit yesterday's for groin. Adductor is not torn away from bone. The radiologist said it is a strain. So I will increase the rehab effort. I am still not able to body weight squat more than halfway without sharp pain.

    Doing body weight squats each day. sets of 10 and 15. going lower each day but still can't get to parallel. Able to climb stairs normally and walking several blocks to and from work each day.

    Been pressing and will start deadlifting again, light weights.

    this morning
    BW squat 3 sets of 15. near paralell
    trapbar straight leg deadlifts 3 set of 20 empty bar, approx 65 lb
    dead lift 3 sets of 10 135 lb
    press 105x5,5,5.
    and did some dumbbell curls and shrugs at work today.

    I've been hiking, and stretching. Doing farm work and climbing stairs. Just got to the point that I could take two steps at a time.
    This morning
    Bodyweight squats. 15,15,15. near parallel
    SSB squats 45x 10, 10, 10

    deadlift 45x10
    95x10, 10, 10

    press 45x5, 5
    65x5
    85x5
    95x5
    105x5,5. Felt good but I've gotten weak. Healing slow.

    15 bw squats to parallel.

    I figure if I have to do light exercises I might as well do some body re-comp.

    50x15,15. hurt like hell. Not healing near as fast as I hoped , but getting close to paralell
