There is pain at the bone. Pelvis. Were the adductor or gracilis attaches. It hurts. Flat out hurts, But keep in mind that i am able to walk up stairs two at a time. That hurts also but at first I could barely walk at all and not up stairs and could only get off the toilet with crutches. The pain extends up into my abdomen. And, there is a biting pain in my left testicle. I keep working, and stretching, and squatting. It is a long process and it's a little scary. What if they are wrong. what if I build back up to a decent weight and then it really goes bad? what if it never heals. what if it is a bad tear that didn't show on the MRI and it tears completely and I'm crippled? all this bullshit. I have to decide if I think the DR and radiologist are competent and if so then I NEED to get myself better. It sucks.

Pizza Dad, I must start paying better attention to your posts. Man you are facing some real challenges. I will pray for you. I have no real advice for you since I've never faced what you are facing. Don't give up. Those who never face any serious challenges never really know the joy of victory and never do much for which to be admired. I admire you for your courage.

I appreciate all the encouragement. I’m still walking stairs at work and taking them two at a time. Moving from one house to another is a pain, as it requires all my non-working time. But loading the truck today was a hell of a workout. I have a full woodshop of tools. Cabinet saw, 6 inch joiner with cast iron skirt, two drill presses, and a couple other large items that exceed 500 lbs. getting these pigs on a dolly was quite a feat. Lifting my buffalo forge drill press onto the truck was like doung a rak pull for just a few inches but at max weight. Im motivated because we will be living in the mountains (a livelong dream) and I want to sell this joint. And today was pretty special to me because my son was sworn in today, to the US Air force.

We moved 1 month ago. I finally got the gym set up and built a lifting platform 1 week ago. Ceiling is 6'8" so all overhead work has to be done outside or I will need to slip into the gymnasium m at work once or twice a week.
Did 3 sets of 10 at 115 for squat today. Felt good. Still some pain, but didn't feel like it was killing me.
