I am 130 miles from my weights this weekend and doing a conditioning workout will do me a bit of good.
I am trying not to do the sandbag thing two days in a row, to allow some recovery. Mix that in with finishing the renovation work on the house I am selling, and you get some long days. Buyers inspecting went well and I have a small list of things to fix in the next two weeks. So very much looking forward to never having to work on that house again. My barn and house are waiting for me to build them.
I was tired at work today so I went down stairs and hit the weights for a pick me up.

Yesterday 10 minute amrap 85 lbs

100 meter burden carry in rack position.
Sounded easy. Carrying in the rack kicked my ass.
Today
1 mile burden carry. 65 lbs. wife carried 43 lbs. we did 10 squats at half mile and I said “race you back”. She smoked my ass. Beat me by a minute probably. I should know better.
