    And you kept going and got in 225. That is awesome. Out of curiosity, is the ssb (assume safety squat bar) you are using only 45 lbs? I had thought most of them were more, though have no personal experience and have to admit overall ignorance on the subject

    Adam, it is an Edge fitness systems yoke safety squat bar. It weighs 45 lbs and is built like a tank.

    it's funny, sometimes I find that the middle-range warm up squats feel heavier than the work sets.
