I have been dreaming about it for ten years at least. There will be 3 heat systems for the house. The radiant, which is the main heat source, the woodstove in the main, center room, and I will have mini splits for AC. Also, there should be some passive solar gain during the winter. the house is facing almost directly south. Facing west would give better sunsets but you have to listen to the mountain.

YouTube. My wife helped me lift up the 20 foot section of wall. it was a PR. 😝 heavy after a dreadfully hot day.

Wednesday I did Incline dumbbell bench. 60x3x5
    press 95x3x5
dumbbells curls and tricep pressdowns. Today is a building day.

we've had if for 20+ years in our house. nothing but nothing beats January mornings when it's 15 outside and my bare hoofies hit the warm tile floor in the bathroom

Manual labor and sandbag workouts. I have a gymbag under my desk and haven't had te chance to get into the gym at work in weeks. Weekends are taken up with farm work or house building.

Doesn't sound like a bad tradeoff to me.

Its a good deal for me but I miss lifting.

I reloaded that last video because something happened to the resolution previously and it was hard to watch.

20 min walk on treadmill. I need to lose some fat.

Good work on farm this past weekend.

Daughter shot two deer Saturday morning. So there’s fresh meat in the freezer.
