The weight loss started off as me trying to tighten up my diet. Then some job stress and family stress stacked up with a bug and next thing you know, Bam. 20 lbs down. Im back up a bit to 214 and feel pretty comfortable there. Trying to adjust my fuel intake to stabilize my weight. The new gum at work is nice and I think I can get in there 2 times a week. I’m pushing for a safety squat bar for next years budget. They don't think it would get much use but I do. I might even offer to buybit myself, just to have it available.

It was a grind. I think i need to drop it down to 5 lb jumps. I am not doing the program. I have been on recurring LP for years. I seldom am consistent enough to warrant intermediate style programing.

I didn't do any other work, because tomorrow I begin building my walls for my house and I expect it to be a bit of a chore.

Doh. Had to edit my weight and teps

Have heard Cal Dietz talk about conditioning his throwing athletes? I love what he does. 50%1RM squat, 50%1RM Bench back and forth not rushing, keeping heart where you want it then continuing fir 10+ minutes.

I don't have 2 bars for this but have done,
2 Bar squats, 2 Pullups, and 2 Pushups continuing for 20 minutes. I really like this method but I do it on a Friday when i have plenty time for recovery. The stimulus is much different from NLP which I am on.

    It was a grind.
It certainly looked like one. After watching the last rep of your first set, I was surprised to see you get all the reps of the last set. Nice work.
