No stitches. My wife drove me in today. I was expecting to be unconscious for the procedure. I had a bone graft and implant in one of my two front teeth about 7 years ago. It was 2012. Easy for me to remember because for the graft my 3rd wife drove me. And she was no longer alive for the implant a few months later.
Today, it was just novocaine and they did extraction, graft and implant all together. It took 45 minutes. Crazy.
Yeah, that's nuts. My acl was outpatient. I need a new shoulder and that is outpatient, but you don't walk around on your shoulder. The hip thing is frightening.
I was supposed to not exercise for Two weeks. I kept the weights low and did sets of 10. Presses, dumbbell incline bench. Cable rows. Dumbbell curls. Cable rope pushdowns.
nicely done, hope you rested over the weekend at least
Rain on Saturday kept me from doing much. We did a little work on Sunday. Yesterday I did a bro rep workout. Kept the weights low so I didn't have to strain or valsalva. Added in some thrusters and front squats. Looking forward to getting back to real squats.
Front squat 225x3x3
Deadlift 315x5
Incline dumbbell bench and cable rows. Just doing what I can
