    Thanks guys, Im trying to keep it up. Yesterday I did the upper split at work and tonight I squatted. I worked myself up to a 290x5. It felt fine. A little slow but still fine. After resting, when I got up I felt a twinge of iciness in my left knee. Same knee that was rebuilt after a torn ACL in 2015. I stomped around for a bit tryint to get it to go away and decided that I just have too much to do, to risk a serious injury. 20 minutes after that I could not make the knee sound off the same way. I’m still ok with my decision. I lift to make me strong enough to do my crazy shit. I will tey squatting again in a day or so and work my way back up and past this.

    You and me both. I'm getting back into it, but I did let deadlifts fall off the program for a few months.

    I noticed that you do not use knee wraps. Have you ever tried them with the squat especially around your repaired knee?

    Carson, i have a pair and I used to use them when I was in our unheated garage. The basement gets cold but there are two electric heaters down there so it warms up nicely.

    Thanks Chad. It’s been a heck of a year. I’m might proud of her for the hard work shes done.
    I’m currently sitting in the basement watching my wife squat. My lower back is sore and I’m gonna give it another day of rest. My daughter is upstairs working on a paper.
