Thanks. It felt good. Im hoping i can edge my numbers up a bit. Consistent training is what Im missing. I want tonget up to consistent squats over 3 wheels
Thanks Chad. There is something about the 300 point that intimidates the hell out of me. Partly because the last rep of 300 in LP was where I had a bad groin pull. That was about 2 years ago. I feel like I am overall stronger right now than I was then. If I cam keep consistency and train, I can work my way up to a 350 single I know that lots of people have done way more than that, but realistically, at 53 I think a 350 lb squat is something to be proud of. “Tree-fitty”would make me feel like I was “getting there”.
