    Time to brag on my kid.
    She has come so far in the last year. I am happy for her in her success with the weights. But proud of how she has turned her life around.

    295x3. Felt a pull in my right tricep where it joins my lats. Just a tweak. But called it quits to avoid making it worse

    Barbell curls. Did some very light trice extensions to fill area with blood.

    225x5. Felt a definite pinch on rep 5

    Tricep and bicep stuff.
    Dumbbell shrugs
