Maybe moving all those boulders as a side project to building a house, while doing a full time job managed to use up some motivation.

Being stronger definitely helps in the building process. Stronger than I was before NLP. This is why I am a perpetual NLP novice. Too many other things in life that get in the way.
This weekend I spent all day Saturday working my day job and a good portion of Sunday. I wanted to lift today but it is 930 pm and I am still logged in and working. I am taking a break now because I am waiting for deltas to come back.

legal, strong, and energy efficient. They were also supposed to be fast and that is bullshit. Building with SIPs has the potential to be fast. But you would have to have some experience so that you could tweak build plans ahead of time to make it faster. If I was 20 years younger I could start building these for a living. I would come up with designs that made the most of the technology.
But I am pushing forward and we will get this thing done, one way or another.

My bride drinks bone broth. I have to admit that the Idea just grosses me out. I’m sure it’s no different than a lot of soup that I have had but for some reason, the name gives me the creeps.
I’m still feeling like crap today. But I went out at lunch with my bone broth sipping bride and did a sandbag workout.
I’m not doing the program right now. Time constraints are the biggest factor. I’m just trying to hang on to some of my gains and maintain myself a bit.
