I make home made bone broth. I add generous amounts of salt and a dash of celery salt. That really helps.
Think of it as chicken noodle soup... without the noodles. =)

I know that it has a lot of protein. I may have to give it a shot. Im still have some stomach issues. And Ive worked out 3 times this week so my body is not happy with me.

For the last 3 days I have been working on the house. Temperatures have been 90 degrees and we have been doing heavy work. Lifting timbers. Its a lot of deadlifting movement. I will be heading back out there today. My body is sore. I’m glad I train because this would probably have broken me by now if I didn’t.

Training sure makes manual labor seem easier. Keep up the good work!

    Ssb squats
    45x5
    95x2x5
    135x5
    185x5
    225x5

265x2x5. Felt mild ache in adductor. Still not 100%
No deadlifts because I’m spent from the weekend
    Bicep and tricep stuff.
    Some pushup variations.

Basically just trying to keep working muscle groups without causing shoulder pain

My back “went out” Thursday morning. Just getting out of bed and bam. Pain. I’ve been hobbling around for two days. Getting ready to go to the hardware store and work on my house. Gonna be a fun time.

Yep, deadlift 365 with no problems, but you happen to turn just the right way at just the wrong time, and you're floored. Hope the back's doing better.
