    Back is recovering. I didn't take any time off from the build but I haven't lifted since. It actually feels the best when I am working on the house and it gets warmed up. Sitting around like I do for work seems to be the worst.

    Ssb squat 225x3x8. Back is mostly ok. Adductor is still funky. A little ache.

    Deadlift 135x8
    185x8
    225x8

    Upper body bro-rep BS
    Curls and tricep pushups and some dumbbell shrugs.

    Great work. I'm not sure how you recover from 8's on deadlifts.

    I was trying to drive blood flow for healing. Work has been manic and so has the house build. Have not had enough training sessions.

    We had to go sit in the basement yesterday because of tornado warnings. We usually just look out side and shrug it off but yesterday i walked out the front door to watch the sky boil and stalk across the mountain like a monster form a scifi movie. I grabbed a bottle of wine and two glasses and the wife and I and daughter went down the stairs. And the weights were there so....

    Deadlift 315. X5.
    The. I started mopping up the water that was flooding in the back room. It was a crazy night.

    Trying to get myself back in the groove. Had to go get my daughter from college today. JMU had a covid spike of over 500positives. That means they mostly had it before they came to school and got tested at school. So theu sent all the students home. 8 days of empty nest and it was over. So we are on quarantine for 2 weeks to make sure all is good.
