And a fine job you are doing!
Try to lighten up on the traumatic injuries, and enjoy the ride.

Thanks guys. I’m trying to get back to the swing of things.
Woke up this morning and wife said “I’m going to do a sandbag workout. You should too”.
So, I did a sandbag workout.
Ssb squat. 225x3x5.
Deadlift 315x5
Groin felt warm and weird from 45 lbs all the way thru top sets but no catastrophic events.
Your numbers look like you are on the comeback trail
Thanks Carson. My biggest issue is inconsistency. Been putting in lotsnof time building house.
SSB squat. 225x3x5
Barbell shrugs 185 x 3x5
Close grip bench press 135x3x5
Building a house is no small matter. I tip my hat to you.
It reminds me of a couple in their 70s at my first Church. During the 1920s Mr. and Mrs. Swensen built their house by hand. They lived their entire lives there. One day there was a leak in the roof. Mr. Swensen took great pride in his house so he decided to go up on the roof to fix it. He fell off it and died. It was one of the most bitter sweet funerals I ever conducted.
Be careful on that roof.

yikes!
Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure...
than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much,
because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.

I've learned a great deal from your videos. Stay focused on safety, not just for you, but for your video audience.
Many things impress me about this but the way you stay calm when stuff gets sideways... that may be your best example for your audience.
