PD, you could try going with 4's instead of favh's. You have a lot going on and it appears a lot of tonnage beyond the program.

I skipped last week. Got my first gender reassignment chromosome restructuring injection. Felt like shit so decided to rest as much as possible.

Inconsistency is my albatross. I make gains for a couple weeks then Don't touch a weight for almost a month. I have a lot going on but need to find a way to get under a bar even if the weights are lighter.

life rears its ugly head every now and then. but if i told you a couple years ago that you would be complaining about 'treading water' because you were 'only' pulling 315 would you have been happy with that? good work my friend

Yesterday was seated press 85x3x5
Then some shrugs curls and tricep press.
Today was ssb squat 225x3x5. I am just truing to hang in there and get one session a week.
