    What your doing seems like what Ripp wrote about maintaining. Not the exact same lifts but you gotta do what you like. I'm doing the same thing . At my age it sure is better than nothing.

    Sometimes it feels like I am just being belligerent toward the laws of nature. I am not ready to just give in and be old. I want to maintain, but I also want to get back to a routine and hit some PRís. The ego never gives up

    Walked a mile this morning with my dog to loosen my hips and lower back up.
    Ssb squat. 225x3. 235x3x5
    Deadlift 315x3.

    Spent the rest of the day working on the house.

    Spent the last two days running a floor buffer. Gonna be doing it again tonight. I feel beat up but decided to be less of a pussy and just lift.
    Ssb squat 245x3x5. Skipped the deadlift. Will probably do some upper body lifting tomorrow.
