    Ssb squat 255x3x5. Felt damned heavy.
    Deadlift. 225x5
    285x4. Shoulder was making popping noise so I didn’t attempt rep 5.
    Seated press 65x3x5
    Dumbbell shrugs 65x4x10
    Dumbbell curls.
